I'm 'making' beer at this very moment.
It's still carbonating. I have to wait some more.
It will take a few more weeks.
Should be ready for Spring Break. (Hooty-hoo!)

I am currently making two beers. There will be bottling this weekend and the making of more beer. I am beginning to establish what we call "the pipeline".
ReplyDeleteMy father just bottled one of his today, so I believe it is carbonating now. I think he was talking about starting another keg tonight.
ReplyDeleteI now have two fermenting and one carbonating in their bottles. Next weekend one will go from fermenter to bottles and a new batch into the fermenter. That will give give me four batches in various stages of production. I make beer.

Okay, I may be making more of this than is really necessary considering WHO YOU ARE....but give me the moment! I have fans!!!! and... for the love of god - I MAKE B-E-E-R! ! ! ! Hooty-hoo!!!!!!
