I am brewing. Which really just means I'm waiting.
I've been repeating the words over and over in my head..."I make beer, I make beer". Don't know why, but I guess it's because - I make beer.

It's funny. On our way home from the Fest Daddy and I were talking about names for his "brewery". Well, we did come up with something for his, but also for mine. So I suppose I know what I'm getting for my 21st birthday. Not only do I have a brewery name but also names for my different beers (the "Half" line for my Lights, and the "Over" line for my bitters (or just regular I suppose)). I'll be the Brewin' Baker and my first beer may very well be Baker's Half Baked Beer (the first of the "Half" line). It ought to be fun, but I have a year to play with the idea.
ReplyDeleteI've found that the cure for this waiting problem is to get another fermenter and a new batch of ingredients.
ReplyDeleteI concur. Got the additional fermenter and shall start that new batch right away. Are you brewing??
ReplyDeleteAm I brewing? Seriously, must you ask? I have two fermenters going as we speak. One is the test batch for my Summer Classic victory beer and the other is a nice, hearty Irish stout.
